Victoria
Koch

Victoria Koch is a visual artist based in Sussex, UK, whose practice moves between material investigation and psychological enquiry. Holding an MA in Fine Art from the University of Brighton and a BSc in Drama and Psychology, Koch draws on an interdisciplinary framework to explore the concept of lost futures — concerned not with what is visibly present, but with the haunting resonance of the unrealised:

the timelines and narratives that failed to manifest, leaving behind traces like a palimpsest.

Through experimental photography and sculptural intervention, Koch captures and folds time and place, collapsing distinct temporalities into a single plane. She has exhibited across the UK, including Materiality at the Handbag Factory, Vauxhall, and Fault Linesin Brighton. Koch is currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Brighton, extending her research into displacement, material instability, and the affective weight of unrealised futures.
